In rare cases, exceptionally high shipping costs to a specific address may apply. We’ll contact you before shipment with the rate and the option to contribute toward the additional cost or cancel for a full refund.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items follow the estimated shipping timeframe on their product pages. Orders are fulfilled in the order received as inventory arrives.
We’ll email your tracking information when your order ships. If your order is within its estimated timeframe, no action is needed.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Check your shipping emails or account for each package’s tracking information.
A “Partially Fulfilled” status means some items have shipped while others are still pending.
Expedited shipping
Expedited options may be available upon request. Contact our team to confirm availability and pricing before placing your order.
Approved Express orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Express orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
International shipping
Availability varies by destination. Contact our team to confirm available options before ordering, or check for an authorized dealer near you.
Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other destination-country charges are not included in shipping charges paid to LinerX. Applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility.
