WARRANTY COVERAGE

What Does the Warranty Cover?

LinerX warrants to the original purchaser that qualifying LinerX products will be free from covered defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions described in this policy.

What Is Considered a Defect?

A covered defect is generally an imperfection or failure resulting from an error in the manufacturing process. All warranty claims are reviewed by LinerX to determine whether the reported issue qualifies.

Eligible flaws related to workmanship, construction, or covered materials resulting from the manufacturing process.
NOT COVERED
Damage From Use
Normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, modification, or owner-caused damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

What's Not Covered?

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is designed to cover qualifying manufacturing defects. It does not cover deterioration or damage caused by normal ownership and use.

Purchase From LinerX or an Authorized Seller

Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying products purchased by the original purchaser directly from LinerX or through an authorized LinerX seller. Products purchased from unauthorized distributors, marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

05 — CLAIM RESOLUTION

How Approved Claims Are Resolved

Once a claim has been approved, LinerX will determine the most appropriate remedy based on the product, the nature of the issue, and product availability.

Replacement Component
When appropriate, LinerX may provide an individual replacement component needed to address the covered issue.

Product Replacement
A qualifying product may be replaced at no additional cost when replacement is determined to be the appropriate remedy.

Account Credit
In certain circumstances, LinerX may issue account credit based on the applicable replacement value of the qualifying product.

Warranty remedies are determined by LinerX after reviewing the claim and may vary depending on the circumstances of the reported issue and product availability.
