Prepare your liner.
Unpack your liner and check their shape. If any areas are curled or bent from shipping, let the mats settle on a clean, flat surface at room temperature before installation.
Clean before installation.
Wash your liner with mild soap and water before first use. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area before installation.
Prepare your vehicle.
Park on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and turn the vehicle off. Clear loose cargo and debris from the cargo area, then follow the installation steps below.
Remove existing cargo mats.
Remove any existing carpet mat, rubber mat, liner, or loose cargo. Install your LinerX cargo liner directly onto the vehicle’s cargo floor.
Identify the correct direction.
Identify the front and rear of the liner before placing it in the vehicle. Match its shape and contours to the cargo area so it faces the correct direction.
Lower it into place.
Place the liner in the cargo area and center it on the floor. Align the molded contours and raised edges with the surrounding cargo space without forcing them into position.
Align around factory features.
Check the fit around applicable hooks, tie-down points, seat tracks, and storage areas. Follow any vehicle-specific fitment instructions for your liner; feature access and coverage vary by design.
Let the liner relax into shape.
After positioning the liner, allow it to settle against the cargo-floor contours before loading cargo. If shipping-related bends remain, remove the liner and allow additional time on a clean, flat surface at room temperature.
Check before loading cargo.
Confirm that the liner follows the cargo-floor contours and sits properly in place. Check hatch operation, folding or sliding seats, cargo doors, and storage access for interference.
Make sure everything moves freely.
Check the liner’s position and your vehicle’s functions before loading the cargo area.

- Cargo access. Check that applicable storage areas and features remain usable.
- Seat movement. Verify that folding or sliding seats operate freely.
- Hatch clearance. Confirm that the hatch or cargo door closes normally.
Storage access varies by liner design. Some underfloor compartments may require lifting the liner. Follow the fitment notes for your specific vehicle and product.
If the fit is not right, remove the liner. If it does not fit properly or interferes with any vehicle function, remove it and contact LinerX Support for assistance.

Regular cleaning helps keep your liner looking its best. Remove loose dirt as needed, and wash away buildup with mild soap and water.

Clean with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
Dry
Allow the liner to dry completely before reinstalling.
Reinstall
Reposition the liner and repeat the fitment check.

Reposition and recheck.
Return the liner to the cargo area and align it with the floor contours. Check storage access, seat movement, and hatch clearance before loading cargo.
