A few simple steps to align your mats, secure each section, and get your seat backs ready for everyday use.

Work through one seat section at a time. Align each mat before securing it.
Prepare your mats.
Unpack your mats and check their shape. If any areas are curled or bent from shipping, let the mats settle on a clean, flat surface at room temperature before installation.
Clean before installation.
Clean the mat surface with mild soap and water before first use. Remove all soap residue and allow the mats to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Keep adhesive strips dry.
Prepare your vehicle.
Park on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and turn the vehicle off. Clear loose cargo from the installation area. Make sure the carpeted seat backs are clean, dry, and free of debris before attaching the mats.
Fold the rear seats down.
Remove loose cargo and fold the applicable rear seats fully down. This gives you clear access to the seat backs and makes alignment easier.
Match each mat to its seat.
Lay out the mats and identify the corresponding seat sections. Depending on your vehicle, the set may include separate left, center, and right pieces.
Align the edges and contours.
Place each mat against its seat back. Match the edges, corners, and contours before pressing any attachment points into place.
Attach. Press. Check.
Secure the mat using the attachment method provided for your vehicle. Each mat has pre-attached hook strips. Some sets also include adhesive loop strips or an elastic loop for a secure fit.

Use the methods included with your set. Not every vehicle requires all three.
Press Onto Compatible Carpet
Hook strips are already attached to the back of each mat. Align the mat with the carpeted back of the rear seat, then press firmly on the front of the mat over each hook strip to secure it. If adhesive loop strips are included, install them first by following the loop-strip instructions.
Use When Loop Strips Are Included
Some seat-back carpets do not grip the mat’s hook strips. If loop strips are included, peel off the adhesive backing and stick them to the seat-back carpet, aligning them with the hook strips on the mat. Then press the mat firmly onto the loop strips to secure it.
Secure for Additional Support
If your mat includes an elastic loop, align the mat with the seat back, then wrap the tie around the headrest posts or base, depending on your vehicle. Secure the tie so the mat rests flat against the seat back.
Attachment locations and the number of pieces vary by vehicle. Follow any vehicle-specific instructions supplied with your mats.
Secure mats.
Seats that move freely.
- Press each attachment point and check that the mats stay in place.
- Raise and lower the seats slowly to check for interference.
- Keep seat latches, release handles, and child-seat anchors accessible.
A little care. A clean start.
Remove dirt, pet hair, and everyday debris with a simple cleanup.
Remove
Release any straps and carefully detach the mats.
Rinse
Rinse loose dirt and debris off the removed mats.
Dry
Allow the mats to dry completely before reinstalling.
Reinstall
Align each section, secure it, and check seat movement.
